What do you mean customized Hoo'Looh helm? Our Hoo'Looh helm is what its allways been isnt it?

My understanding once you get your hat you can go back to Hoo'Loh again and talk to him and get a different look to your hat...same stats. This is what I heard but not 100% sure...maybe someone can clear this up for us... <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Some classes did not receive a custom hat, they received a generic hat.  For example, summoners and sorcerors shared the same pointy hat; druids and shamans shared the same hat, etc...The first round or changes gave Templars, Dirges, Gaurdians, and a couple others, some new hats.This second round gives Warlocks, Necromancers, Furies and Wardens, different hats.The paladin helm is the one seen in my signature.<div></div>

Well did they change the graphic of the templar helm that drops in the Vaults?  Cause that was a purple winged helm that looked like the Pally ones.<div></div>
