<DIV>Hey Folks,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Currently I am wearing the claymore rewards shoulders because they have significantly more mit than most other shoulders out there, and have +defense.  I have the Mantle of the Vindicator, but find that I don't wear it very much because of the lower mit and no bonuses (has nice stats though).  When I go into full offense I use the Kyle Bayle shoulders for the STR and INT bonus and the plus stats.   I wish I could get my hands on the Darkbough, but I don't see my guild ever being able to farm the cube mobs enough for even a chance at those.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Was wondering what other shoulders people have out there that they are wearing and where they got them. </DIV>

The Claymore shoulders are actually pretty [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] good.

Yeah the Claymore shoulders only downfall is that they can't be adorned.  The set shoulders are meh, but have a decent amount of HP on them (and I believe +3 defense)Darkbough Pauldrons from the cube mobs in Bonemire are still pretty good as well.  I know a couple Pallies are rocking the Mantle of the Vindicator due to the Wisdom, and decent spread of stats on them as well.<div></div>

<div></div><div></div>I am wearing Pauldrons of the Soul Splicer off Othysis in FTH.   They are prolly better than the fabled set shoulders or about the same, better than Darkbough and any labs shoulders.  The pally set shoulders btw were discovered on 1/6/07 so they are prolly dropping off an easy named in MMIS. The Kyle legendary shoulders are nice for dps and I equip 3 pieces of that set when I dps.  They are roughly as good as Firebrand/ Vindicator/ Intrepid fabled and as you said some pieces have INT. <a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/items/item_profile.vm?itemId=149064" target=_blank>http://eq2players.station.sony.com/items/item_profile.vm?itemId=149064</a> If you pay the fanboi dollar <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div><p>Message Edited by Caetrel on <span class="date_text">01-10-2007</span> <span class="time_text">10:33 AM</span></p><p>Message Edited by Caetrel on <span class=date_text>01-10-2007</span> <span class=time_text>10:34 AM</span>

I have claymore and intrepid on my pally alt.  The claymore is noticeably better according to my healers and also according to my stats.<div></div>

Bigger chance for the Spaulders if you got 1 grp or 2 grps ive noticed.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If not i would go for Mantle of the vindicator.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I dont like the Claymore spaulders at allt bh.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Sure it got nice mit but then it only got one resist. Darkbough dont have any resist thou but they got plenty of mit <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Vraksaking Spaulders are very nice to tbh. nice mit and huge poison/disease resists.</DIV>

(Or wisdom and resists, it's your choice.)</div>

I think I have 4 sets of shoulders currently, I dont see how one set could cover all bases, but most times when tanking the claymore junk is what i use
