Tunare's Earring and Marr's Cloak

<DIV>So, I did the diety quest line and got Marr's cloak.  Then I did the Lfay signiture questline for the Tunare's gear, which i chose the earring.  The cloak procs 15 dps, and the earring procs 6 DPS.  It seems that the procs cancel eachother out.  So I will proc the cloak, get supersized and get my 15 DPS, then the earring will proc and I will shrink and lose my 15 DPS and get 6 from the earring.  Anyone else have this combination and seeing the same thing?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
