<DIV>well expansion has been out for over 24 hours.  Since i was one of the more vocal ones (not like Phov tho...) i will give my thoughts so far on our class post EoF</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Didnt get to play the first night cause my patch was fubbered, so i got on really late and was too intoxicated/tired to do anything beyond aimlessly getting lost in Lfay...which was fun since we dont die from tripping over a small rock anymore.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Wednesday i went to it, doing some quests, instances and grouping.  Spent all day *up till raids* with this group set up</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Me</DIV> <DIV>Monk</DIV> <DIV>Templar</DIV> <DIV>Warden</DIV> <DIV>Dirge</DIV> <DIV>Coerce</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also i should mention...that templar, warde, dirge and coerce are our raid MT group peeps...so it was basically a pally MT group.  Overall the damage done to me was highly controllable.  We did Castle MM first.  Was impressed by the zone.  Killed a named (who was jokingly easy) that dropped treasured trash for us..o well.  All the mobs seem to have a lot of annoying short duration uncurable stuns.  Respawn was fast (watched ourselfs, and another group of well equiped raiders get owned due to repops).  I found the 2 named we did kill (the heroic mind u, didnt touch the x2's at this point) to be slightly easier if not on the same level as the normal triple ups running around.  Again no issues tanking, i was not self healing at all, and i was in defensive stance, but had my axe and symbol out, no shield not even through the named.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>After getting the quest updates we needed we sat around with our thumbs up our butt till our warden's ADD bout settled down then we moved into Crypt of Valdoon.  I enjoyed that zone, the continued popping of adds was fun.  We made the mistake of pulling a noob moment and split up to explore when we hit a wall we couldnt pass yet.  Next thing i knew we had half a dozen yellow con skellies beating on us.  The explosion of flame was fun too.  Actually killed us (the only thing that could....).  The named where still a tad easy imo..but i guess we where overly equiped for the zone.  The final named was a tad easy but eh o well.  The zone was unique and fun.  The main thing though was i had no issues at all tanking.  Our only death was due to the stupid flame and us being too intoxicated/smoked out to react fast enough.  Drops where cool, our legendary set has a nifty effect on it, still havent seen it equiped though.  After this we went to obelisk of Blight</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Fun zone too, i was impressed with this zone, cept for the whole copy n paste from Ools.  The final room with the 3 named was cool, great AA for ur first time in.  Drops where nice....even the none set stuff ( actually i think i equiped one of the drops waiting for a good adornment ).  Again no issues tanking in here.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Highlight of the evening was hurricanus popping right when we finished obelisk.  Show time for me, wanted to see how well i would hold up.  Tanking the adds (our guard was online) they never touched me.  Dont remember the exact group set up (i started getting into Tucker Max drunk at this point....some of u will get that) just remember my healer was a mystic, i had a wizard and bruiser....dun remember the other 3.  Again adds never touched me, bruiser got owned left and right if he pulled agro off me, but i never took more then 3% damage a hit.  I wanted to go over at one point just to test, stood next to our guardian trying to pull agro which i couldnt do.  But i was there long enough to have the knockback magic ae and frontal AE hit me..which did some decent damage but i was outa range of group buffs so it was expected.  Didnt 1 shot me like i was expecting with the nurf.  and to top it all of.  A [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ton of AA for hurricanus kill.  I was outa range back at the adds for the AA :smileysad: but everyone upfront got AA points for it, several got 2 aa's for the kill.  Think our highest was our dirge, who got 230% or so she said.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Overall this nurf is definitaly workable, though it takes some good gear and some paying attention.  Taunt resists are fugged atm.  IF they are working as intended...well...ugh its bad.  I noticed my dps was nifty.  Not super, but atleast if we went toe to toe, i was able to out parse the dirge.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else care to share their experiances thusfar? Instead of [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ing, lets just post what happened to us so far...how it happened and if devs are reading it, they can adjust accordingly.</DIV>

Haven't been on a ton, and haven't done any instances, but did do a Prince fight last night.....seemed to every so often hit a little harder, but it was business as usual on that fight to me.  I still do enjoy that fight, and since it wasn't with Vagabonds (being as though I xfered back to Mistmoore due to RL) it was pretty kick [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] to beat it right away.Though AA for Hurricanus is kinda wierd?  Did you guys all have like 50 AA's or something before you beat him?  I didn't get any AA for Princes, but I did months ago....My group was:PaladinMystic (having over 700 stamina was actually nice for a change, since I was at 13k HP without a Defiler)CoercerTemplarConjuror (amends target)Don't remember the last one.Whether or not I was harder to keep up would be a question for the healers, but other then getting hit with a proc here and there, I don't believe I was ever in trouble.<div></div>

In my experience, the incoming melee dmg seems a *bit* harder, but not too bad. Heroic content seems to all be ok so far, I have even done some soloing of blue con mobs. (note, not heroics, just blue con solo mobs) The problem is raiding. We went into deathtoll last night and got pwned by the very deathless gazer. It seems the amount of AE spell damage is just insane atm. Maybe it is our resists are the problem... but I was hitting 7k cold resist and still getting hit for about 6k of dmg or more if I didn't resist the AE outright. That thus far is my only problem, is the fact that AE spell dmg (disease, poison, cold, heat, etc) are hitting for VERY high amounts compared to what they used to. <div></div>
