Sigil in PvP

Adept I is the same exact thing as Master I, I would have thought it would have a longer duration since it's a higher ability.  Anyone heard why this is or know why it's the same spell from Adept to Master? <div></div>

Amends in PVP is the same at App1 as Master 1, too. Working as intended...

<P>Probably because it was made with PVE in mind and they needed to quick fix it. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>In PVE its the % that changes, so at adept 1 I think its around 27% and at master 1 its around 37%..  I don't have the master and its been a long time since I saw it so the numbers may be off a little.</P>
