what is this spell is it says an AE but it also says it lasts one minute and every 3 seconds it uses 39 poweris this also a dot spell and if it is does that mean ti goes off every three seconds because that sems like a good spell<div></div>

Its a funky AE DOT, it basically shakes the ground and nails anything in a certain radius for 1 minute straight. nice against alot of mobs and PvPrs. just be careful and remmber to turn it off before you go running around in some dungeons as it will grab ALOT of stuff around you...<div></div>

  It's a pretty handy spell at times, but as the above poster said, make sure you turn it off. And while you use it, you may want to keep tabs on your mana cause it does eat it away.

Its a really good spell and everytime it goes off it drains your power. I use it alot in PVE and PVP.

consecrate is pure leetness. as master it will ikely pull aggro from any tank because of the tons of DPS you will be doing. with a nice INT buff you can parse 900 or more in a multi mob encounter.can also be used for aggro control when mobs break lose to pull aggro to you instead of a cloth or chain wearer.it consumes a lot of power, but the DPS you do while it is running is worth it. plus you can do normal autoattack and CA/spells once it is running.awesome spell!<div></div>

This can be the be all end all in saving your groups/raids butt if you MT or MA long as you buffed to take the damage. When a pull goes bad say you get 2 or 3 groups of mobs hit concecrate and all the attention is going to get focused on you. This may be enough for dead to get rezzed and reorganized long as you stay healed. First thing I do if I see a bad pull is slam Hammerground even though says dont work on epics it at least gives you the half sec to get this cast and then hit every aoe you already got and all mobs in the area will be on you I dont even try to do any other combat arts just keep this up ward self heal cel touch yourself and pray. Even if you end up going down it will give the rest of your raid a chance finish the mobs off as MT is now back in control. Tis good spell for bad situations.

I use this for farming green and blue solo mobs to make some raid repair coin.  Go around and grab a dozen of them up (make sure you are defensive with a good shield), pull them in tight, ward yourself, light off consecrate, mash your three aoes... heal and ward.  By the time the minute is up around 6 will be dead on average and the others are holding on by a thread.  Kill them, loot, power up and in around 4 minutes IIRC casting timers correctly... rince and repeat.A prismatic 1/2 weapon is great for this because of the power regen as is manastone, mark of the awakening, etc.  Healing, warding, aoeing/consecrate, combat arts etc... I usually end the fight with around 40-50% power and twelve mobs are dead with the chance of dropping body loot or chests.  Another benefit is you have usually cleared a spot to harvest shinies or nodes for a couple minutes while you wait on power and consecrate to come back up.<div></div>

<P>Yes, you do have to turn it off if you have a short fight and a long break between the next.</P> <P>I use it as my agro control for pulling multiple groups in HoF or other places.</P> <P>I have it at a3 now, but am desperately looking for the master.  Its selling for 48 plat on the broker on befallen.  Freaking ridiculous mater prices...</P>
