Armor quests for paladins. Where be they started?

Question is in the title, excuse my noobishness. I spent a long time running around north qeynos, south qeynos, and qeynos harbor looking for it but I found nuthin.Also, is there an armor quest for around lvl 15?Thanks

Ian cathlan in qeynos harbor he is on the section where the bank and mender is at. Ask a guard in that area and a glowing trail will show you to him.

<P>Unless they changed this quest series since april, I wouldn't even look at this quest for armor.  You will be fighting lvl33 ^^^ heroics near the end of this series.  In which if your strong enogh to handle this mobs, you will have already outgrown the armor you would get.</P> <P>Just my advice.</P>
