Fighting Cheldrak, I'm off tanking and buffed to about 11k......the tank drops and he starts to wipe us and I figure I'll try out Divine Aura.  I pop DA and hit rescue and I'm immediately killed by a 4k hit (I was probably low on life when hit.)  Last time I checked 4000 < (11000 / 2). Has this spell ever worked right or am I expecting too much from it (by too much I mean that I expect it to do what it says it does?) Anyone else have experiences like this?<div></div>

<DIV>My undetstanding is that it is working as designed right now. I can confirm that personally it  has definately worked and does absorb damage. The issue is that it is designed to only absorb hits that are less than 50% of you CURRENT health. </DIV> <DIV>This means ,in my opinion, that it has limited usage as an emergency ability because to be effective you need it up when you have max health. I have used it most often when getting adds during an encounter so that the healers don't have to draw aggro healing before I get hate up on the adds.</DIV>

<DIV>it use to work off ur max hp no matter what ur current was at.  It was recently adjusted, and none have confirmed if it is now working as intended or not.  But yea now it goes off of ur current health, so if ur at all below 100%, its a waste.  Persinally i dropped it, found those 8 points better used elsewhere</DIV>

So you're saying it's designed to be completely useless and nothing like the temporary immunities of others?  I find that hard to believe.<div></div>
