Greetings, first off I have spent days searching this forum looking for good advice on what I should do. While I found some useful information a lot of the posts are geared towards Main Tank suggestions. So I was looking through my bank and found that I have a potion of reforming, which I am told will reset all my choices and allow me to pick my stats over again. So I need some advice on what would be best to pick to fit my play style.I am a level 60 Pally who hates to tank. I mostly solo, join small groups with friends, or play the role of secondary tank, which I love, in full groups. So as you can imaggine my needs are different than most Pallys. Now I don't remember where I put my other stats the first time around as I was new and didn't really understand what did what. I have about 4,500 HP and 3,000 PW when soloing. That is with full buffs and armor. Most of my gear is all WIS buffs. I never even come close to running out of HP when fighting blues or whites. Yellows get me down to about half HP but with heals I am in no danger of dieing. My biggest problem hands down is power. When I run out there is a good chance i'm gonna die. I also find myself waiting around a lot between encounters waiting for my power to regen. Totems of the monkey have become my best friend, which helps a bit. But I still find myself running out of power a lot in combat, adds can be killer for me.So anywever, I guess this would mean I should go all str, but I have high wis as well, and I am afriad if I do that I might loose to much in resists and then change my power problem into a HP problem. Or worse, have both problems. So I guess what I am asking is, what stats are best for a solo/secondary tank type of player like me?<div></div>

Stats for paladin are important:STR - Determines 75% of powerpool, grants more damage to autoattack and combat artsSTA - Determines max HPINT - Grants damagebonus to (offensive) spellsWIS - Grants resist bonus, determines 25% of powerpool.AGI - Grants avoidance bonus.Since you said you don't like to tank AGI is less important, but for soloing it helps to get interuptes less (higher avoidence is less hits on you is less chance of interupt on spells)WIS is not that important, as in group and solo play not many mobs do high magical damage so the resists are less important, also the power gained by raising WIS is not worht it to invest in this statSTR is a major focus to you as it grants 2 important bonuses to you.INT is also nice to increase for both non-tanking in group as solo for it increases your damage outputSTA helps for solo as you get more HP.Hope this helps.

I figured wis was power as well, since the mouse over in game says that. No wonder I am so screwed on power. Thanks for the suggestions all.<div></div>

Wis *does* give you power... just at a reduced rate in comparison to str.~Sir Hawke Holyblayde, Hero of Maj'Dul<div></div>

I would always go +HP or +power, never +regen on those choices.Because +HP/power will scale with you, +regen does not. So when the cap goes up to 75 or 80, and more +regen items come into play (they did in T7, so likely to in T<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />, the HP/Power bonus will look even more attractive.Remember +5 power per tick is +50 power per minute (6 secs per tick), so if you had 4,000 power the +2.5% power would be +100 power. So the fight has to last more than 2 minutes for the +regen to be better.I would take raw +HP anyway, can never have too little, and you'll also have to sacrifice some +HP items to get +mit items (e.g Cuirass of Protection, Light Chitin Rings), so that pure HP really helps <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />But if you only ever off-tank, then maybe power and +power regen may be more attractive to you.
