It is all effected by your strat, the raid makeup and the quality of the other players as well as your skills etc.... If you are ranged fighting or meleeing etc.... How many debuffers you have. To just ask for a baseline dps for a zone w/o knowing raid makeup, strat used etc.... It is hard to really give you one. If you want a general baseline anything less than 10k on any mob is pretty low.

Well I can tell you mine was around 800 total....topping out at 1k on some fights. This is done with full fabled full masters and lots of int and str. On the fights for 1k I am talking about are groups of 3 undead droags, I normally throw up consecrate aura (our long aoe that continually goes off) along with draog master and skeletong master strike procs. Then throw up all aoes i tag up devout strike and refusal of conviction first since those are longest recast and one is a DOT. Then well just hit everything you got. This is not possible without a good group setup as well. Gotta have a dps melee group for this, dirge with dps AA lines, had a zerker, and a bunch of melee dps. It is possible to do decent dps with the right group and masters.

Group makeup, and proc's you have on you is the difference between 700 dps in LoA and 1k dps in LoA....it is as simple as that.

With no procs, and just dps / haste mods we can probably do 700-750 if you went down the Int AA line....this is full Offensive mode.

Add in some procs, and it goes up.

To be honest I need to scale back the DPS I do in lyceum since when I have my main on I am often put in the warlock group to pull aggro from them. I use Sigil constantly, consecrated aura, and amends on one of the warlocks. This gives them massive DPS capabilities far greater then what would have normally been safe against 3+ mob encounters (changes their DPS output from around 600 to 1.4k each). The only safe way for me to do this is if I am defensively geared (lol since I always get aggro from the heroic mobs and sometimes the epic ones)...therefore I do around 400 DPS while adding another 1.3k dps from hate transfers to myself.

Basically, while everyone wants to measure how much "DPS" they bring to a raid, its often difficult to see how much additional DPS you can bring while being there since I allow other caster classes to DPS harder.

He is the most dps heavy one, the others are usally good with just amends. Our main wizard tho is needing the amends plus troubador/guardian moderate too tho. Either way i look at it, if my amends is needed like that i usually go defense plus adamantine doomhammer/deflecter shield and moderate dps. I want to reduce the hate on the casters, but i dont want to turn the mob my way from the tank and have the epic barrage half our raid.
Omg you are the most anti-pally person that post on these forums man .. you act like your a pally at heart.. but i have never seen you post anything + about our class ... it always .. well we can't do this we can't do that ... we suck at this we suck at that .. omg i think it is you suck bro .......... ask any of the high end raid pally's if we can tank, if we can dps, if we can spot heal ..... ask them, ask Itoock, Phov or even Xoen... bet you any of those guys will tell you how it is ..... we are at disadvantages ya.... but deal with it .....they all do..... check out there guilds .....guilds with names like theres don't keep worthless [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] classes around it is as simple as that.
Message Edited by PolarBear77 on 09-02-2006 04:25 AM

Id rather have them die then pull aggro on me when I got my underworld legs and the cryptic on, and most of the time that would kill me. Let the squishies die! Unless your guild suffers in the dps department and needs to resort to this. But letting squishies die rocks.
