change to Divine Favor in Test

<DIV>Paladin changes:<BR>- Divine Favor no longer has a hate reduction component. Its duration was increased from 2 to 3 minutes.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is a good change but..... Stifle component remains??? If so that spell is not very usefull for tank.</DIV>
