<DIV>Heya im about to finish up my last box (requires 8 to unlock) on my wisdom line. I was thinking of spending most of my points mastering that 1 line is it a mistake to do that?? My stats as of this moment  is...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Lev 70 kerra pally</DIV> <DIV>STR 505</DIV> <DIV>AGI 229</DIV> <DIV>STA 226 </DIV> <DIV>INT 168</DIV> <DIV>WIS 125</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Attack 1309</DIV> <DIV>Mit 3257 </DIV> <DIV>Avoid 29.1%</DIV> <DIV>Haste 22  (guantlet of glorious speed)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Health 5816</DIV> <DIV>Power 3802</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> As you can see my wisdom is the lowest and was the reason I chose to go with the wisdom line. I just figured that the AA wisdom line will balance things out a bit. Im still pretty new at lev 70 and still working on getting high end armor any suggestions would be mutch helpful Thanks</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by ArcticFlare Arcadian on <span class=date_text>08-21-2006</span> <span class=time_text>05:08 PM</span>

<P>I would start out with the question:  What is your playstyle?</P> <P>Do you... MT? Solo? Off tank groups etc...</P> <P> </P> <P>Your stats above suggest that you are in offensive stance using a 2H.  Depending on what your goals are will affect the replies you receive.</P> <P>Personally, I MT fairly frequently so I went with Sta Maxed out HP, and maxed out melee crits, then went Int:  Maxed out spell crits.</P> <P>5800 is pretty low HP for a tank...</P><p>Message Edited by Crib92 on <span class=date_text>08-22-2006</span> <span class=time_text>09:48 AM</span>

My playstyle from the past was solo and a bit of MT  so I would say 50/50 now in days at lev 70 you have to group in order to get anything done. I guess one of the biggist probs is that people invite me as MT and as you can see me holding arrgo is like holding a oiled up pig lol .Amends does work out for some people but being on the low end of the lev 70 totem pole theres not mutch I can do about it. My healing abilites are really really well when im in a group they usually poke fun saying look a tank that can heal too lol pretty funny and I have saved groups from dying from time to time. It just seems recently my pally isnt tanking the way he should be thats why I went with the wisdom line I figured that mastering the wisdom would give me a better edge for example more wisdom , more dps  from battle leadership, increased slashing damage and attack, more healing (we all know thats a plus) and the last line i which i havent done yet lol I think is increased spell time i think . Another way i was leaning to is INT line and mabe beefing up the stat a bit, reason why better spell damage.  Well those are my two options im looking at and I just thoght that I should concentrate my AA stats on my weak point of my charater.  Lastly I used to be only 2H but when I grouped up with people they cried out for me to use a sheild so kinda had to get used to 1H swords lol.

<P>As you transition to MT role:</P> <P>AA's aside.  I would look at your taunts first.  Are they at least Adept 3?  If not then you should harvest or buy some loams and have those updated.  You should have taken the Master 2 group taunt which IMO is a must.  Valorous Dash is another attack that should be upgraded due to the direct hate gain.</P> <P>Other upgrades to work on:  All AOE attacks, Refusal, AMENDS adept 3 is a must, Rescue Adept 3 would recommend Master here.  Get Doom Judgement as well (Bloodline spell)</P> <P>As far as AA's go, I would strongly recommend going Stamina - Max out Sta to  lvl 8 and the % HP gain to 8, also upgrade melee crit to lvl 8.  Int - Max out spell crits to lvl 8  (68%)</P> <P>This set up will give you max HP from AA line and max crits for melee and spell damage.</P> <P>If you add the AA's on top of upgraded combat arts and aoe attacks you will be doing a heck of alot more damage and holding aggro will not be as difficult.  </P> <P>In defensive stance with 1H and shield your Wisdom will be high enough.  (Assuming you upgraded your defensive stance, if you didn't then I would upgrade this as well)</P> <P>Also work on Claymore quest line for armor/gear upgrades.  You will tank group content easily in this gear.</P> <P> </P>

<DIV>I find myself bouncing alot bewtween MT and assist - i recently redid my AA lines as i was alll WIS maxed. I went to STA and INT line with 4/4/8 sta and 4/4/4/8 INT so far for the crit heals.. how much HP gain is there to be had in boosting that HP % to 8 in the STA line? i know it is percentage based, but at 8 what is the percentage? i only have 40 aa atm, so i cant go maxing everything i'd like to just yet, HEHE </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>i will say so far with the AA change i am LOVING it, all the crits heal/melee/spell have made a huge improvement for me in all aspects of what i do</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>and the other points Whitefang made i completely agree with on the spell/ability upgrades, all of mine are adept3 or master, and the claymore quest line - currently at a Star to Unlock here,  the items i have gained so far are VERY nice - i even just lastnight managed to get a Cudgel of Pain so i have a very nice 1 handed wep now!</DIV>
