draconic deflector is prolly one of the best shields in the game.  I consistantly swap that and qeynos guard back n forth <div></div>

I don't know the Draconic deflector is better as far as stats go but the Qeynos Guard has that proc which blanances it out.  I think both are pretty good and I don't think you are going to get much advantage either way with either one.  Both are really great shields.<div></div>
