Does anyone know is the Darkbough Pauldrons where nerfed?  I have been told they have been but have not seen them in game.  If they have then why the heck are the doomrage warrior only.   I was told they took the +vs melee off the Darkbough and if that is the case then the best shoulders we can get as pallies are the quest reward from the claymore line.  And the Doomrage are about 100 more mit than that.  So are we really looking at being over 400 Mit less than warriors thanks to AAs and now gear that only they can have?<div></div>

They still have the +vs. crushing/slashing/piercing. As for where do they drop, off 1 of the monoliths. They are basically equal to the Doomrage, except for resists.

Do they not drop anymore?And yes they are the end all be all of tanking.  642 Mitigation vs what 545 from the Dragonscale from the claymore.   That is a huge deal.<div></div>

Mitigation > all..nuff said, they are the best Crusader shoulders in the game.  I have Guard of Thule, Cold Forged (love the + crushing, only reason I keep them around), Shoulders of the Vindicator, Dragonscale Pauldrons......but not these....and that makes phov sad, very very sad<div></div>

<P>Cold Forged have like +700 Crush resist on them... its an obvious bug that was never fixed.<BR>If the mob you are fighting does primarily crush damage, they hold up extremely well... but if its not crush, meh.</P> <P>If youre already T7 raid geared, I wouldnt bother getting them.  However, if you have the shoulders lying around, they are certainly worth using in some fights.</P> <P> </P> <P> </P>
