<DIV>I do not have a lot of AA's yet but I am trying to decide what lines I should choose as someone who has a regular group of friends that I play with (We do not raid). I am our groups MT, I want to be able to hold aggro and take the damage - the role of the MT. I was initially think of going down the str/sta line but I am considering changing to sta/wis, now that I have looked at what the wisdom line offers the group I think it may be the way to go. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Was considering something like this:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Starter 1</DIV> <DIV>Sta 4/4/4/4/1</DIV> <DIV>Wis 4/4/8/8/8</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone that just groups and could offer some suggestions I would greatly appreciate it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<P>Thoughts on Wisdom line,</P> <P>After playing in a raid guild for so long I decided that going down the wisdom line would be most beneficial to my group during raid since I never get to tank. Even the leader who has a pally alt said he thinks I should use the wisdom line so I can be immune to fear. So far I have not noticed it doing anything, the health regen tick and raise in ordination... and so on doesnt seem to help anyone. The other people in my group seem to buff more on all that with their normal spells anyways. So I'm considering dropping the wisdom line all-together. The fear immunity is great against a few of the mobs that constantly fear, but since im not the MT or MA I'm not holding any mitigation or HP buffs so if I did take aggro away when the MT loses it while feared im dead in 3 hits anyways. Seems 100% pointless to me. BUT I suppose if your tanking as the main or main assist during the raid it would come in handy. Actually having the 30 attack dodge from the stamina line and throwing it up as you pick up aggro seems to give the best change of survival since it buys some precious time for the healers to switch onto you and people to drop a few buffs in. Just some things to think about, I think im going to respec and go back to the STR/STA combination myself.</P>

I started out with Sta/Wis and decided that the benefit I gained from the Wis line wasn't the best bang for the buck imo. Many classes buffed those same things, just better, so my little addition seemed rather negligible. So I next tried the Sta/Int route. Int was pretty cool (except having to hold a symbol in my offhand... I almost never did that), because of the crits for heals and spells that seemed to go off an awful lot for me. My DPS increased a decent bit due to that, and the fact that Int makes your spells hit harder. Later, I came across a really sweet axe (actually 2 - I have a 1h and 2h one I use almost exclusively). So I decided to try Sta/Str. I'm pretty happy with it so far. Yes, I lost the crits from my heals and spells, but I got some haste, yet more hate generation, and I got the end ability which shortens all my cast times and recast times. That ability alone seemed to offset any DPS loss from the crits of the Int line (for me). The hate generation is very small, but coupled with that, the haste, and being able to cast more often, the other members of my groups are able to put out a bit more DPS without any worry of aggro bounce. (I speak mostly about multiple mob encounters, as single mobs would rarely do that anyway). Those are just my experiences with them so far. Hope that helps a little for your decision.~Sir Hawke Holyblayde, Hero of Maj'Dul<div></div>

Yep, that'd be the 1H axe. I have Ascendant and Qeynos Guard for the defensive, and Axe of the Overlord for the 2H offensive. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />~Sir Hawke Holyblayde, Hero of Maj'Dul<div></div>

The only moderatly useful skill in the strength line is haste, and even @ 8 points it's not even 20%.My final AA is:8488 Stamina4485 IntIn all actuality the heal crits could have been put elsewhere, but I was respecing quickly before a pull....lol</div>
<P>Have to agree with the above poster. All I do is MT a steady group (all 70's. Templar. Mystic, Troubador. Warlock, Wizzard) and Sta/Int is what I've found to be the best. In the end mine will be </P> <P>8588 Stamina<BR>848 Int (dont heal enough to justify trying for crits)<BR></P>

(raid wise this is)Group wise, well [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] normally I tank with a 2h and offensive stance as long as I have one healer.....no healer (when I self heal) then I go 1h/shield, so the int line more then makes up for any hate % lost.</div>
