Paladin: Prayer of Consecration - Post LU# 25

Group heal started at 46 and got upgraed at 56 - most spells are increased every 12-14 levels not every 10 levels. It had to be adjusted.</DIV>

<DIV>The change to level 58 is a good thing for progression, hopefully the healing amounts were left alone and it doesnt increase my fizzle rate much on 2 levels higher spell.  Maybe they can toss a out of combat revive spell in the level 56 space?....heheheh</DIV>

Because at lvl 58 there wouldn't need to be an upgrade 58-70=12. No update until 14 levels go by. We might have got our initial group heal at 44.... I can't remember lol. <P>I'm assuming all of you Paladins posting that your first Group Heal was at lvl 44 have not gone back and looked at the retroactive spell additions since the change to Character Creation & Betrayal. The Group Heals for PLD are now received at the following levels:</P> <P>3 - Prayer of Healing</P> <P>16 - Prayer of Mending ** NOTE- Yeah, this is only a 13 level difference. I guess it would be ''unbalancing'' to have a group heal at lvl 2. See further notes below. **</P> <P>30 - Prayer of Devotion</P> <P>44 - ??? but you've all confirmed there's one at this level</P> <P>58 - Prayer of Consecration</P> <P> </P> <P>Further Note(s):</P> <P>A lot of upper-level players of ALL classes never went back and looked at the lower-level CA's added for their class after the Char Creation change. It seems that somewhere along the line they realized they'd set Prayer of Consecration at too low of a level and someone finally caught the error. Ironic that in doing this, they did not check earlier spells in the line. As you count down from 44 with the new spells, you get the 14-level pattern of every other Ability for every other Class except for the 13 level difference between Mending and Healing.</P> <P>A change to adjust Prayer of Healing DOWN one level would be needed to set the entire thing straight, but I personally do not see it as being a huge deal. For those that suprased that stage after the combat update there was really no need to check what or l33t old but new skills did. I am sure there is retroactive but at lvl 70 who cares about those <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> the important thing is that the group heal in question was the 56 now changed to its correct lvl 58 and the spell directly before it, lvl 44. It doesn't matter about the prior ones - that is adding to much mix to the kool-aid, IMO.</P>
