It should have no self penalty and be able to be put on the Crusader.    I don't know about cross raid simply because no mitigation buff is cross raid, and few buffs at all are. Considering warriors can get 308 passive mit from freaking AAs, and they have temporary buffs and other defensive tools like Guardian tower of stone, I don't see the problem with being able to buff my own mit by 425 with a master 1. The gap between warriors and crusaders tanking raids widened with AAs, we are now a full notch below guards imo and not just slightly inferior with some advantages.  <div></div>
