No, because you DRAW 30% or so of the target hate, READ: target get 70% of hate, Paladin get 30% of the target hate <div></div>

IF you could cast this on yourself (which I think you can't) your hate would be 100% - 40% (transfered from you) + 40% (transfered to you) = 100% ... so ... waste of conc points. <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span> <div></div>
