Questions about weapons for a lvl 20-29

For this you need a sparkling extract (or sparkling flower/ stone/ tooth etc). You then have two options, carbonite (common) or Steel (rare), the steel weapon will be better but will cost you significant coin. However there are some decent quested weapons for this level range, several that I would recommend are: </span> <ul> <li><span>Berik, Sword of Thunder - Quest starter drops in Stormhold, is a rare drop off anything in there but is a nice weapon</span></li> <li><span>Skullcrusher - Quest starter drops in Fallen Gate (broken military pick or something similar the drop is called)</span></li> <li><span>Starfall - Quest starter drops in Thundering Steppes (Jagged metal cluster)</span></li> </ul> Though I am sure there are others <div></div>

<P>Well if decide to quest for one fo these weapon can I get it imbued ? In WoW you can imbue weapon that are no-trade bcuz their is a slot made for that in the trade window. But their is no thing like that in EQ2. So is only tradable weapon can get imbued ?</P> <P> </P> <P>Also the Berik, Sword of Thunder already have a proc. Can I get it imbued ?</P>

<P>Once attuned (ie. used) weapon cannot be passed for imbueing, but you could imbue if you were a weaponsmith.</P> <P>But only pristine crafted items can be imbued as far as I know.</P> <P>CoLDMeTaL</P>

The Pristine Imbued Steel Greatsword, Tulwar and Ba$tardsword are fine two handers.  Also, check out the Pristine Imbued Steel Assault Axe for your one hander.<div></div>

Go down into the Vermyn Snye and to where the Bloodsabers hang out, seek a character called zerak, the bloodsaber ritualist 19^^ with mates He drops a decent 2 hander called soulreaver, was my weapon of choice for a whil e in my early 20s <div></div>

<div></div>As has been already mentioned, I think your best option for a weapon that will continue to grow through the entire 20-29 level range is the pristine forged carbonite (or steel, if you can afford it <span>:smileysurprised:</span>) weapons. Personally, I purchased a pristine flamberge for my 1HS and a pristine warhammer for my 1HB.  I use them in conjunction with an imbued pristine ash kite shield.  Neither of my weapons are imbued, but if you can find one and can afford it, I would suggest getting the imbued version for the extra dps from the proc.  I don't use a 2-hander, since I am always the MT in the group. Using both a slashing and crushing weapon will ensure that your skills are maxed so that you are prepared to use epic-dropped weapons later in the game that are of either persuasion. <div></div><p>Message Edited by Pallbearer_X on <span class=date_text>07-07-2005</span> <span class=time_text>12:07 PM</span>
