<DIV>I have recently acquired master 1 aegis of hope and this is (amogst other things) supposed to increase my targets avoidance by 41%, this doesnt happen. I ve bug reported it and I ve tryed doing it to an unbuffed target so I know its not a stacking issue. has anyone else come across this problem or know about any plans top fix it?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

AoH has been broken since the beginning, only the shield skill increase for the caster works. An increase of 41% avoidance for the target from a single spell is HUGE, and I doubt they'll fix it anytime soon, given the recent avoidance gimping. Perhaps after the "big spell revamp"...

When you see a +10 shield bonus... it adds to your shiled skill not your AC rating. In practive this means if you have a yellow con shield that you are close to the level where you would "upgrade" its stats you will see nothing. Bit of a useless spell all round really. <div></div>

It also works on my blue SBS (giving it a higher shieldfactor with the skill active). I've already posted this information in the bug thread.</span><div></div>

<div></div>That's what I'm saying... it DOES work - the way it is intended to its just the way it is intended to work will only give us a shield bonus if the shield cons yellow and we are close enough to the level boundery to push us over so we qualiify for the next lvl of protection. Most of the time it does b*****r all - It adds to your shield skill not your shield rating. That is of course they have not changed it on the sly in the last coupe of patches... I haven't used it in a while. <div></div><p>Message Edited by boli on <span class=date_text>06-02-2005</span> <span class=time_text>01:10 PM</span>
