As the title says I want to see what the strangest groups you have been in that you have considered good. This weekend I had a (from my standpoint) perfect group that consisted of: -- L46 Paladin MT (me) -- L43 Ranger -- L43 Inquisitor -- L44 Dirge -- L41 Warlock -- L44 Monk Yes I would have lised another healer (substituted maybe for the Ranger or Monk), but it did the job well... Result: The XP I got wasn't that great for the amount of time. We were killing L45/46/47 Heroic mobs in CT. Now the group (strange group) that I was in last night, consisted of: -- L46 Paladin (Turned 47 during fighting) -- L48 Warden -- L44 Illusionist -- L43 Troub -- L43 Fury -- L44 Fury From the looks at the above group, you would think it would be a mess, but in all actuality it was better then the DPS heavy group the other day, in both Xp and fun.... Granted, we were mainly focusing on The Saving Soles Heritage first step (Killing 50 crawlers, and dragons), but we got both of these fairly easy and then when one of the healers left, still beat the Named at the 2nd step (Big Squigaly) without any problem. So my question is (and yes I understand that a good player makes a bad class better then a bad player makes a good class) what are some of the strange groups you have been in that have exceeded your expectations. <div></div>

Me a lvl 32 pally FIVE lvl 24-30 wizards & warlocks. Things just died in seconds, wasn't able to take anything over blue ^^ (limited by what I could tank) but even they died extremely quickly - certinaly got them a lot of experiance and myself completing Giant L&L was a good thing <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

Pally (me) Pally SK SK Cleric Bard We rocked, I was tanking with the S&B, the other knights all pulled out 2h swords and went to town. It was a cleric healer of some kind, to keep me alive and the two pallies could spot heal as necessary. The bard added some haste buffs or something like that, it was a flurry of sword swings. Also: Warlock (me) Fury We were ripping through mobs as fast as I could, the fury would put heals, wards, whatever on me to keep me alive in case of a stun or root resist. Between fights she would heal me while I converted health to power. It wasn't like she was necessary to keep killing mobs, but it cut the downtime (including runs back to get my shard <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />) in half, and was well worth having along. Also: Warlock (surprise, me!) Conjuror The conjuror could pull mobs from a mile away with his pet, and when it gets within range I root, debuff, and nuke while he loads up dots. Again, not entirely necessary, but the easy pulling, extra damage, and extra pool of stuns/roots in case things went down the drain more than made up for the lower exp per mob. <div></div>

<DIV>45 paladin</DIV> <DIV>45 templar</DIV> <DIV>49 wizard/warlock (cant remember which one)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>We decided to go to everfrost and hunt tundra terrors (lvl 48 - 49 ^^)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I would cast redemption on the mage, and try to hold aggro as long as i could while he nuked the mob like crazy.</DIV> <DIV>Usually somewhere between 25%-50% hp left on the mob, he would get aggro.</DIV> <DIV>He than rooted the mob, and we finished it off. We basically had no downtime between mobs, he could replenish power fast and i used just enough power to hold aggro. </DIV> <DIV>It was pretty funny when he missed a root and took off running. Luckily we made it the whole time with no deaths.</DIV> <DIV>Needless to say, we all gained a level in a very short amount of time.</DIV>
