Often I use our Vigor of Trust line on the whole group, but when the tank has some problems with aggro due to a high aggro class using too much of his skills (ie tank often looses aggro to some trigger happy player) I use redemption on that character. And give the VoT (or upgrade) to the MT and myself (actually I have it up all the time). Just before the pull I use the Prayer of Devotion line . I refrain from using the Divine Inspiration line to avoid drawing aggro from the tank.

For MT most of the above I aggree but as off tank you missing one of the best things we can give the MT.

Ancient Pledge

This can make even a mediocre tank avoid a ton of damage. By mediocre I mean not that great of equipment.

And in a group with more then one paladin you can round robin this so each paladin has it.

Offer of armament is also nice to give out to the MT but make sure your behind the mob and the MT can hold the aggro or you might find your dead sooner then you would have thought.
