Is there a serverwide channel?? I really miss the warrior one from EQ1, listening to them get mad over our agro/healing greatness in EQ1, was fantastic. If there isn't one, maybe we should have an outspoken member of our class to speak up about it. Any ways, I'll start a petition dealy thing to start one. /signs Arthius, 18th Crusader, Butcherblock

Right-click chat window -> Chat options. There's a bunch of predefined ones to choose from. It's Qeynos-wide, not server-wide, but as there are not many Freeport-based paladins...

I floated this some time ago, but there wasnt the interest it seems, at least then. To create a cross server chat channel someone has to create a chat channel on thier server for others to join. e.g. I could create AllCrusaders on Splitpaw. Then everyone (on any server) whom wants to can join it by typing: /join Splitpaw.AllCrusaders I think you may get an error message concerning permisions, but it works all the same. Given the relative player numbers, and that US and EU downtimes are different, it might be worth someone from a US server that doesnt have a reputation for being a bit unstable to host us all?

When you ding level 20 and become a Paladin, right click a chat box, choose "options", look in the middle column and select "Paladin".

You'll find that each tier of progression offers a new chat channel in the middle column as in fighter -> crusader -> paladin

If this is the only chat channel you've selected, you may communicate by typing:

/1 hello fellow paladins

I joined the crafting channel first for my jeweler side job and later joined the paladin channel.

For me to speak in crafting its:

/1 hello fellow crafters

To speak in the paladin channel its:

/2 hello paladins

Incidentally, I see someone speak on the Paladin chat channel on Najena once a month if I'm lucky. It's a ghost town on our server channel.

Thanks,
Kalen

We (monks) have this. /crushbone.Allmonks. Its a great community and it kind of brings a lot of the forums into the game.

While those premade chats you are describing do work, they are server only. By making your own any paladin in the game can join it.

Ok guys, /join butcherblock.allpaladins. If you're on Butcherblock, just /join allpaladins. I hope this takes off. :smileyvery-happy:

It gets slow enough as is.

We've certainly got an interesting mix of high-high end raiders, casuals, and newbs in there, and at least someone's in there all the time, though the channel could certainly use more discussion once in a while. Come on in and join in on the fun. :smileyvery-happy:
