Paladins are a good solo choice. Ive been able to solo green++ and very occasionally blue++ melee mobs through to my current level of 46. Though of late Ive seen other classes solo things I wouldnt even attempt, epic mob groups and hard blue++ and beyond stuff, but on the whole Im happy to attest that Paladins are a good solo choice. <div></div>

<P>Guardians solo better, but yes Paladins solo just fine.  I have seen guardians a level or two below me solo things that I can barely do - it really pisses me off.  Then again, I have seen rangers that can kite/kill named heroics several levels above them (but they can barely do a white con toe to toe /snicker).</P> <P> </P>

<P>Creatively using heals and HO's has allowed me to solo level 49 ^^ mobs, but my gear is a big part of that as well. I generally don't heal myself unless I am below 50% so I don't waste power trying to stay in the 80%+ range of HP which allows for some dps and dots on the side. Still takes about a minute and a half to kill a mob. </P>
