Kite shields and INT

kite shield version of Shiny Brass Shield.... you don't even have to carry a torch anymore, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go do the heritage quest if you havent' already done it. and go trade your buckler sbh if you have already done the quest. either that or go raid or buy kite shield of the king, which.... yeah you get my point <div></div>

<DIV>this is one thing that pisses me off most about this game. basically all equipment has the same set of stats. bps al have agi/str, gloevs have agi/wis, helms, int/str. its like that for EVERY slot, real *$%#&!ing original sony. they have made it so you cant focus on any stats and force you to use them all. like int, which is totally worthless to most everyone and same for wis. fighters get it the worst i think, outside of crusaders because a warrior or a brawler will for sure never use int or wis. a priest/mage/scout can all use agi for avoidance, str to carry crap, sta for hp. but yeah, its like this for every single item. check out the broker and search by slot, even with greys sometime. youll see that through the levels that each item is the same, its just the bonus for each stat is a bit more, hardly any mixing and matching.</DIV>

Have you noticed your resists get a boost from +INT items?

<P>way badly stacked in ratio str to wis, its about 95% str 5% wis in terms of power, wisdom I believe increases the likelyhood of making a resist v xyz sbs kite shield 11str 19 power i belive is greater than the cedar 13odd wis 35odd power... by o about 100odd roughly, what a waste... sigh hehe...</P> <P>not to mention the 50raw hp and 10sta on sbs kite.. </P> <P>and the style of running around using a hoplon...</P> <P>only thing that i think would make me change is a kite shield of the king.. 15str 15wis lots of hp pwr</P> <P>Marcellus<BR>Lvl 50 paladin<BR>Splitpaw</P>

lol i was just thinkng this today when  was looking for an upgrade to my shield, the only 1 i could find was 1 alot more int. we dont need int grr. as for the ranged slot, we need somting to replace it, anything. <div></div>
