Our warrior cousins get quad-hit when dual wielding, just curious... do crusaders ever get to hit twice per round when equipping a 2-hander? Or is our proc spell considered our "extra-damage" ability?

I have really looked into this issue and have noted certain things with 2 handers.

You should slow down your attack rate. There are many Pally combat spells that throw a Nuke - then have up to 2 followup strikes with the weapon as long as you do not interupt the follow through by throwing another attack. (try this against greyed out MOB's)

Cycling through your combat attacks too quickly can actually rob you the ability to double your DPS.:smileymad:

Order your attacks properly - some attacks add Strength, some de-buff, some heal - you can really increase your damage output by the order inwhich you cycle through your attacks. (ie. throw an attack that de-buffs against crushing or slashing - then throw an attack that increases your strength - then use a high damage attack like Oath Strike or Refusal of Grace) Debuff - Increase your strength so you can potentially hit for the maximum weapon damage - then whack them hard.:smileyvery-happy:

You are burning up mana.:smileysad:

As for our warrior buddies - quad hitting often gets interupted since they are usually MT - This equals out because of the Parrying, Dodging and Mitigation they have to do.
