Devout Essences

<DIV>My paladin is currently level 39, and I've been using Blessing of the Devout, and getting lots of Devout Essences.  When do I get the spell to actually use them, like when I had Penitent Sacrament?  I've got almost 80 of the things...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

40.8 and it has a 3 second cast time which makes it almost useless as an incombat spell

It also costs a heck of a lot of power compared to Penitent Sacrament.  The only time I'd use it is when I'm down to no power and little health, but since it costs so much power, I just flip through my spellbook and hit PS instead.  I might just switch it out permanently.
