What is the minimum skill needed to equip a lvl 30 item?

<DIV>when you hit lvl 30 you will be looking for equipment which will last you untill lvl 40, so thats 150 - 200 in skill reqs.  I think there are some pieces that require 170-220 ( lvl 34 - 44) which are slightly better than lvl 30 gear, but only worth upgrading if you have spare money</DIV>
