The buff recast timer problem

<DIV>I'm getting really tired of clicking on a buff and waiting for 20 seconds before I can actually cast it.  Is it possible that this isn't a bug, but really a nerf on using the buffs for taunts?  I hope it's a bug and fixed soon because it's driving me bonkers.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Only have this with Blessing of the Penitent. I don't have this with Divine Intervention. I also wonder, why fighters have to unload a groupbuf before recasting it. Mages can simply reload the same buff without cancelling it first. I also think that fighters can buff while running, while mages cannot. Small differences, but still... <div></div>

No the timer for Divine Inspirition does not kick in when you recast and this line of buffs can be cast while moving.
