Blessing of the Penitent icon bug?

I can rebuff Divine Inspiration while it's still active, but this isn't working with Blessing of the Penitent. When I click the icon, the recast timer starts counting. Even when the buff has worn of and I press Blessing of the Penitent then the 30s-recast timer starts again anyway. Anyone else have this? I don't remember having this issue before the latest update. <div></div>

<DIV>Its all part of the tweak they added last patch.  Really annoying and its doing it for prayer of devotion too.  I wonder if they realized that people were using buffs as a way to hold aggro and figured that wasn't a way they felt was an "accepted" practice to build aggro,  or if this is just some unfortunate side effect of a different reason.  I don't mind waiting 30s to recast,  but if my buff has been on for 9 minutes already,  technically I've waited the 30s to recast and should be able to cast it again to refresh it.  </DIV>

Well, the fact that the 30-second recast timer starts over again, even after the buff has completely worn off, is a bug. There should be no recast time when the buff has ended. <div></div>
