Refusal of Grace in maintained spells?

<DIV>Did yesterday's patch break this?  Everytime I cast the spell it shows up in my maintained spell list.  When I mouse over it, it shows that the spell is being maintained on me, and each instance of the cast spell generates a new icon in the spell list.  After each fight I have to right-click on each one and Cancel them to clear them out.  There is no countdown on them so I'm guessing they'll stay there until I manually clear them.</DIV>

Note that this fix wasn't listed in the patch notes.  grrr.  but it is fixed. <div></div>
