Did the Pious Belief/Divine Vengeance STR buff ever get fixed?

I don;t think it;s a case of it not stacking, I think it;s a case that the spell doesn;t even have the STR on it. As I'm sure I have cast this spell without the pious belief spell and it never added the STR.

<DIV>It definitely says that Divine Vengeance adds 3 STR points when cast and it also starts a timer on the skill/spell bars but in reality it doesn't add anything. It only hits the mob for some points of divine damage...so it is either bugged or the description is wrong!</DIV>
