Blinding Light / Smite Prayer Only Area Effect Taunts Until LvL50?

<DIV>I found a skills list for paladins lvl1 through to 50 and it appears that blinding light and smite prayer are the only area effect taunts until lvl50. Can anyone confirm whether or not that is true?</DIV>
