ability adepts....are they bugged??

<DIV>ok.....dinged 23 paladin  got divine intervention....nice 6 points to attack.....3 minutes latter the adept droped and i get it......now beafore i scribed it i examined it and noted everything...casting time, power and how much it added to attack....scribed adept and cast....same attack added...examined again....same power...same casting time...nothing different....is this bugged.....i did the same with a couple of other skills and saw the same thing............whats the point in having an adept if nothing is different??</DIV>

<DIV>Divine Intervention is also a hate siphon.  I'm not sure on this but maybe it diverts more hate to the paladin when it is upgraded.</DIV>

<DIV>Adept skills Raise the level at which you use abilities as. the higher the ability, the higher you will cast it as, relative to your level.
