Paladin Fun Spells?

<DIV>One of my characters is about to ding 20 and become a Paladin. I cannot seem to find a vendor who sells the level 20 Paladin "fun" spells. An example of a "fun" spell is Holy Steed. I have even searched the forums with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated! </DIV>

<DIV>in north qyenos, enter from south qyenos, run towards temple of life. Theres a human trainer around there somewhere that sell holy steed for 15 or 16s. Can't remember how much was it.</DIV>
