<DIV>They sure did.  My first time in CoB I was ~ level 24 I think.  Almost everything inside CoB was blue double arrow.  I was not able to complete the quest that night and logged in VS.  The next day I entered CoB and everything was yellow++ and they had added bloodsaber sentinals at the stairway up to the main level of CoB from the enterence.  Everyone with me thought someone had triggered a bloodsaber quest or something because most had been to CoB plenty of times and never seen this.   Since they beefed up CoB I've been stuck on AQ4.  Very few people go to CoB so its hard to find a group down there and the 3 restless corpses I need have been moved somewhere in the dungeon but the restless corpses no longer spawn at the enterence.  I had an easier time getting the GB than doing the AQ4 quest simply because of how few people go to CoB.  In my opinion AQ4 should be changed and an alternate location to complete the quest should be added.  Hopefully a higher traffic area...          </DIV>

There are two in CoB from VS, one with high(ish) level Bloodsabres at the top of the stairs and the other more commonly used one with quest NPC's at the top of the stairs. The latter is the one I used to complete my AQ there, though that was a few days ago.</DIV>

<DIV>What happen is that SWITCH the zone ins for CoB. The one in the bloodsaber area used to bring you to the ZI you remember and the zone in with the stair case used to bring you to the Bloodsaber area but now they seemed backwards</DIV>

<DIV>Whatever the deal is, the zone from the respawn point in Vermin's Snye will take you to the *hard* side of COB, while the zone from the water pool in Vermin's Snye will take you to the *easy* side of COB.  For example, the scarabs on the easy side are typically level 20-22, while the scarabs on the hard side are typically level 24-26.  Most people who just want to kill critters to knock out their quest will go to the easy side, from the pool entrance in Vermin's Snye.  Higher level folks who want more of a challange may choose to go to the hard side instead, if they're not in a big rush to finish up with their quest drops, since the hard side mobs are worth more experience.</DIV>

There are two zone ins from Vermins Snye. Both land you in the water and at first glance look the same (at least to me the one time I looked at one of them). One is an area with grey and blue monsters to a level 22, the other leads to an area with yellow. The hard side doesn't have the NPCs there I don't think.
