Anyone have info on shield drop in Varsoons?

<DIV>I was in Varsoons last night when I got a tell from someone asking if I'd like to buy this kick @ss kite shield.  It was amazing, 274 SF at 26 and grew with you to lvl 35 and had some nice stats.  I can't for the life of me remember the name of it now <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> was fighting at the time and trying to keep group alive.  But the guy said it dropped from such and such mob, and can't remember that either.  All I can definitely remember is he wanted 6g for it, and considering I only have 1.5g it was out of the question.  I'd love to try and get this drop, but since I have alzheimers about the subject, can anyone help me out?</DIV>

It drops from the named golem in RoV. That room is perma camped just so ya know. The price of this shield is dropping at the broker. I usually see 4 to 5 selling at once. So even if you never get one to drop you can prob buy one for around 2 to 3 gold in a week...

i got it off the named golem, idk his name though, stats:Sheer Bone Kite Shield+6 int +6 wis +25 health +19 powerAC: 417 at level 35

Just got my Sheer Bone Kite can: be worn at 30 (does the 5 skill from knight's stance count? if so 29) and it drops off the named mob A Tempered Clay Guardian (34) in the heavily camped clay guardian area of Ruins of Varsoon. A 28ish group with 2 healers, a tank, and 4 DPS should be able to handle the room no problem. Happy hunting =)

The name of the golem is Tempered Clay Guardian.I've also seen it drop from one of the named skeletons while we were doing the Tomb of Immortality access quest. Their names are Thimzem Ci'Re, Et'sipe Ymeresh, Erbmys Sumyd. I don't remember which one it was, but you have to kill their guards in 'The Workshop of the Enchanter', 'The Workshop of the Sorcerer', etc, to get them to spawn.It seems that there is a chance for it to drop from most of the nameds in RoV.

The Tomb of Death is in the second library, the one near the three workshops. We had to kill his placeholders 12 times before he popped.

The Tempered also drops a nice necklace, cloth scarf, and a nice set of gauntlets that you can use around lvl 33, guardian's guantlets. He can also drop a staff or wand or something, but pals can't use those, so I don't care.
