Penitent Sacrament improves with level or ?

<DIV>I really like this spell. However, at the level you receive it (26), the spell is already BLUE! Doesn't that mean that the heal amount will no longer improve as you level up? I can't remember if my penitent sacrament is app2 or app3.. but my blessed aid already heals for near the same amount.. i think im getting about 330 off blessed aid, and sacrament i'm only getting about 400..thats at level 31/32with healer buffs my HP is ~2580mobs are hitting for 200-700.. makes LoH and penitent sacrament both seem pretty pathetic

I'm not sure they're useless.. i use blessed aid quite a bit..in between shaman wards you take hits, and often you get hit for more than cleric reactives heal for.. so you need additional straight heals.. i can often keep those up on my own.. especially if i only have 1 healer..i use blessed aid a lot more than determined faith or zeal, but i do throw zeal on a mob if i lose agro, it helps me regain agro quickly..im 32 now, i know in the next 5ish levels i get the LoH upgrade and another heal described as instant.. i dont know if they'll be good or noti do still use penitent sacrament basically as a self-only LoH because it heals for about the same amount...between penitent sacrament and LoH i can almost heal half my HP =) a little pathetic that between both of those it's only half, but still its better than a poke in the eye..as far as the essences are concerned, i always have penitent blessing up.. its about an 80HP buff which is pretty minor especially for a 3min duration buff with an annoying 'cooldown' if you dont refresh it before it fades.. but the essences sell for 80c each.. so i usually keep 1 stack and sell the rest.. i like to think of it as getting paid to get hit.. =)

<DIV>Why make penitent sacrament not increase with level up? Especially since you need a reagent from another spell to use it. Makes two spells pretty worthless as you level up. I'm 27 and I get almost 370 off Blessed Aid and Penitent Sacrament is over 600. I suggest you upgrade your spells if they're doing less than that at 30+ >< Sounds like you're at app2 blessed aid and app1 Sacrament..

<DIV>No all penitent essenses are the same. All upgrading Blessing of the Penitent does is increase the small HP buff you get.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also if you say your wards are worthless think again. not only do they generate aggro if you lose it. If you time your taunt right you can use the secondary effect to your ward which your taunt potency. You just got to get used to your spells and know there Limitions.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Myself at lvl 42 can really help say the healer is getting beat on because i lost aggro because i can heal and ward him until i can grab aggro back. Also don't say your Penitent Sacrament is useless.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Your lvl 41 Devout Sacrament can get upwards to 1000+ healage. and in big fight when everyones running low on power that big heal is helpful</DIV>

Can't imagine playing my pally like a guardian and not healing during combat. I'm certainly not getting hit for 300+ soloing yellows.
