Rescue singe target or aoe?

As its a 30 min recharge havent had much chance to use it or notice its effects yet

I've had to select the specific mob I want to increase my hate for, then use the power.Each time I have used it though the mob jumps right on me. Very useful for when you get an add which is counted as a different encounter for your AE taunt and your healer builds up the aggo.
