Missing lvl 13 ability

You have to be using a shield if i recall to have the ability. It's like a shield charge attack.

Ignore the above post. The shield skill is Unyielding Advance, and it'd show up in your book regardless.Righteous Anger is a spell, and as such it shows up under Spells instead of Combat Arts. If it isn't showing up under Spells, I suggest you petition.
