FD and Raids Macro

Is there any macro to FD a specific person?While in raids, certain people tend to pull aggro a lot, but it's always a pain to find their name on the raid bar to FD them.<div></div>

Cute macro and all, but not quite what I'm looking for.There's a wizzy in my raid who pulls aggro sometimes, perse.What I want to do is to be able to click on a button on my hotbar which will target him specifically, then FD him. Pre-setup before the raid.<div></div>

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm trying to prevent.Problem is, it takes too long to find the guy's name on the raid roster (yes, I could memorize where it is, but he isn't the only one who pulls aggro so I'd like several of these macros handy), not to mention trying to click him in the middle of a bunch of other casters.<div></div>

if you are targeting mob and noobmage gets agro just hit fd and he will drop<div></div>

People just aren't reading my posts, are they?Mob aggroes mage. I hit FD. At that moment, MT gets aggro back, he's the one who gets FDed.The whole point of me trying to make this macro is to avoid FDing the MT while trying to find a faster process of targetting the mage without having to manually find him or his name and select it.<div></div>

I used to do it all the time without incident....then dunno...too many times in a row (lag, slow, a deaagro went off etc..). Not recommended.<BR>

implied target FD sucks...  there's always that chance that you (or someone else capable of taking the hits) will grab aggro just as you clickf... happened to me 5% of the time... the target macro  with the useability in one button usually doesn't target fast enough for the spell cast.  i had to split my buttons into two... one for /targeting the player(s) and then the FD button.  I ended up with a FD hotbar for a while... now i just don't FD folk on raids.

<DIV>Syfer22, the macro has been posted, the issue is /target XYZ /do ability XYZ dosn't always work. I used to run a /target Zor /fd macro but many times the server just will not pick up the target by the time the fd fires. Don't ask me I don't know it just not work all the time. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Test it, go make a hot key for your self do it on the dock's it will work 100% of the time, get 10 greens beating on you and it will tend to fail to target you.</DIV>

Two ways:Seperate keys/macros /target Nube,   and the 2nd fakes deathor ( in the spirit but not letter of SoE's rules, although If you don't do something stupid like macro craft, I doubt SoE cares too much about programmable keyboards)   use a programmable keyboard with a short delay between the /target  and the FDPersonally I have a Logitech G15 keyboard which conveniently has programmable keys in groups of 6, so I have F1-6 followed by a Mortal Embrace macro bound to a set of these.  (also followed by target previous npc).  <div></div>

Using one macro with 1st line: /target Toon 2nd line /useablility Mortal Embrace is something I wouldn't recommend !!! Why, the game doesn't  "wait till u have the new target" and the excutes the FD! So there is the big risk that u still kill the current implied target and then target the dead wizzard!Make 1 macro with only the /target if it takes to long to click that name form the raid window ... <div></div>
