I started a sk last night and up to lvl 11 however I notice that it is very difficult for me to take on lvl 12's just 1 lvl above me. Will this change or am I doing something wrong. When I say difficult I prob die about 20% of the time. which is not horible but I don't remember any of my other toons being so weak even at that lvl?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2. I was thinking that a less dmg weapon but quicker would be more suitable to an SK seeing as how we have 2 diff proc spells (at lvl 11) more hits means more times it activates?? or am I missing something here. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>3. Warriors are melee tanks.</P> <P>gear at low levels is pretty bad. but even buying plain iron armor from armor vendor will give enough mitigation to last a fight. since you are having trouble atm, i would go with shield + 1h. a shield will give you avoidance. when you feel comfortable with the mobs you are fighting, switch out for 2h. also, try not to rely on procs to get things done.</P> <P>try to get thru the teens quickly. when you get to lvl 20 the game starts to open up a lot. if you can afford it, get some mastercrafted gear, otherwise there are nice legendary drops here and there. i assure it does get better and you will be soloing heroic named mobs in no time.</P>

Player skill is important too. At low level, even if you have your combat xp off, it is difficult not to level your character faster than your skills. Thus, if you made 11 too fast, then your slashing might be 35/55 and that 15 point difference matters a lot when going against mobs even con or higher. Leveling fast makes it difficult to keep all your abilities at at least adept 1 quality. If you want to go against yellows and oranges, then adept i or higher abilities are a must. Lastly, leveling quickly makes it difficult to keep yourself outfitted in level appropriate gear. If you want to go against above average mobs, then you need above average gear, which is difficult to come by.Basically, people blaim the gear, but low level gear can rock too, but most people are too busy leveling to see it. I always prefer the hardest hitting weapons I can get to get through damage resistance. 1h/shield or 2h really depends on experience. Generally, try one if the other doesn't work. At level 12 you will get Blessing .. at 14 you can take it as Master 2 .. Live will be very much easier after that <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<P>WOW what a diff I hit lvl 13 last night and at 12 I took 15 with really no problem what a diff I love this Class now. I feel like a kid in a candy store. I wish I would have tried SK a year ago.Updated equipment best I could and it also made a diff</P> <P> </P> <P>Thanks to all of you for your advice.</P>
