Reaver does not work with + to heal augs. i tested this last night, bought a +10 to all heals.  took an unadorned weapon stood with autoattack with my self targeted to let reaver eat me to 90%.  Then i cast 2 taunts on a mob...then I put the + to heal aug and did the same thing, and got the exact same numbers...+ symmetry i can't reliably test, due to no symmetry augs...   I will be buying more + to spell damage stuff and will let you know what I find<div></div>

The only thing i've confirmed through testing so far to work with +heal adorns is the Putrid Coil EoF AP Upgrade.

I was just about to buy a +heal adornment, but looking at this, it does not work on our lifetap skill effects except grim coil ? Have more people tested +heal to spell effects adornments? <div></div>

<DIV>What we really  need is +lifetap adornments. <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

do +disease damage adornments work on all our disease damage including DoTs and procs? Maybe it works only for grim coil because, it never started out as a lifetap in the first place. The heal part is actually a REAL heal and not a lifetap, even though it acts like it. Kinda sucks. Have you tried bugging it? I guess symetry items should add a nice benefit to Coil. I will be sure to remember that, it as after all our primary DoT.<div></div>

<DIV>It works on all disease damage .... BUT, for dots it devides the plus to damge between each dot.  So if a dot has say 4 ticks of damage then its an extra 10pts of damage each tick for a +40 aug.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I went with the disease aug, becuase while it isn't over powering, it does help a bit in damage and also hate. It was stated that one point of damage equals one point of hate and 1 point of healing equals .5 points of hate.</DIV>

Are all these spells you guys are testing the augs with .5s cast spells? Cuz if they are it's probably got something to do with the heal normalization versus cast time. +heal effects are normalized by either cast time or number of heal pulses up to a max of 5 ticks so if you have a very fast cast ability, you're going to see little to no benefit from +heal effects.<div></div>

<P>reaver healed for the same no matter what spell I cast, it always does,  get the right HP and you get </P> <P>292</P> <P>292</P> <P>292</P> <P>casting time doesn't matter in the case of reaver.  SK's are unique.  That's just the way it is.</P>

<DIV>The Coil heal is not a lifetap, its a subcomponent of a dmg spell. That's why it's crit-ing for you off your spell crit AP. (wether it's a tap or not has no relevance anyway)</DIV> <DIV>As it stands, with +heal augs only affecting our Coil line, it's a waste of aug slots. You're much better going with +spell dmg, +mit, etc in those slots depending on your play-style.</DIV>

Add in a heal adornment, and it becomes a lot more powerful. I would say Coil is one of our main spells. Quick cast and power to dmg ratio isnt bad. I always have Coil running as soon as it refreshes I recast it. So the heal adornment would be a huge benefit.</div>

Yeah, any decent SK has Coil perma-chained during any encounter...but the amount of additional healing you'll actually see vs. the benefit of the other possible slot uses is very minimal.
