<DIV>Greetings all, </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am really really loving this class. It feels nice to find a class that I thouroughly enjoy no matter what I am doing .. FINALY! <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyway.. I seem to have major power problems on my SK, I'm 29 now with 80 intel and 120 Strength. I've twinked myself quite a bit as my other chars join groups where the tank is in awful gear (Last night a 52 tank in some level 20 AQ armor!!!#@) and I find these tanks very rude in subjecting themselves on the team. That asside, I consider my intel and str pretty good for my level... but I am always at 25-50% power at the end of easy fights and the rest of the team is still 90%ish. Then on hard fights I am almost always completly out of power. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Do any of you have any tips? I'm already conserving my power quite a bit by only using life taps, the infernal pact life tap and taunts  and not just mashing buttons. It doesn't seem to be enough though.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any help is appreciated! Thanks!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>INT INT INT!! lol. My sk is lvl 35, and self buffed I have 302 int. It's essential.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just think about it this way though. With the HP we lose from getting alot of int ( I have 190 sta 187 str 302 int) We gain better dmg on our lifetaps which translates to more hp from the lifetap, we also get more power to lifetap more often.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Don't be afraid to melee with a pristine disease imbued wand (of your tier) and when you get to 32 and want to do more gearing, do a full set of feysteel vanguard with all opal jewlery, and 1 int doll and 1 sta or str doll. Works great.</DIV>

More int does not change the heal parts of lifetaps.</P> <P>Otoh, with even a crappy healer, you with lifetaps and him with heals should be capable to keep you up in hard encounters in off stance.</P> <P>I were taking on 3 lvl 53 heroics at a time yesterday in off stance not having the slightest problem doing so. Of course I had good healing <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I had to do it in off stance because we had a nuker happy warlock, so I pretty much had to do all I could to keep aggro. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><BR></P><p>Message Edited by roxer2b on <span class=date_text>11-28-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:11 AM</span>

Int and int gear, food and drink etc. Currently with cloak pet I sport a 549 int self buffed off-stance. Overkill <span>:smileywink:</span> <div></div>

Any easy way to increase INT also is invest in some INT potions from either a friendly Alchy or off the broker.  The potions usually are not that expensive and they help a bit in both power and damage/agro.

<DIV>Awesome thanks for the Tips! I'll have to try Offensive mode even though it scares me. In defensive mode I'm getting chewed up pretty bad, even with full steel! I think Crushbone might be a bit underconned though. </DIV>

SKs can do bth, outlast and outsmack. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Just a bit different what skills you focus on using. And one leaves you at 100% health and 50% power, the other with 90% power and 50% health. </P> <P>(And like eluzay, I prefer to be full on health.)</P><p>Message Edited by roxer2b on <span class=date_text>11-30-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:01 AM</span>
