<DIV>Hello all I had a question about spell/combat art resistabilites. I have never rolled a plate tank and figured i would and I am having a lot of fun with it. My question is why at adept 3/master 1 are most of my skills listed as 25-40% easier to resist? Is this a bug? my shield slam, kick, ect almost never lands. I have many higher level alts and have never encountered this. any input would be appreciated.</DIV>

I've also never quite understood exactly what this means.  Though, if those skills aren't landing for you, it's possible you're using the prior tier ability, I suppose.  What level are you?<div></div>

<DIV>I'm level 23 at the moment and I'm using all the correct tier spells. I always took the % on the combat arts as the % that the mob could resist/parry ect. With a spell that reads 25% easier I thought it meant that it was 25% easier for the mob to resist. That's fine but with my other 5 toons i have never ran into a spell/combat art that was 25% easier to resist at master 1. I thought i would come here and see if it was an issue where the display was messed up or that the master level of those combat arts really was 25% easier to resist.</DIV>
