My SK mitigation and Armor

<DIV>Hello fellow Sk's.  Now normaly I would have more concrete data for you before posting my  question, but Crushbone seems to have fallen ill so I will have to approximate.  My Sk is lvl 52 and some change.  She has full Colbalt armor, chest and legs are vanguard and the rest is Devout.  Her shield is also cobalt.  Now, before the patch I hade Mitigation and avoidance.  The mitigation was a base number, and the avoidance was a percentage.  Now, with EoF they are both 4 digit numbers, right around the 2500 to 2700 mark.  Can anyone explain how it works now, and what would be conscidered good for my level?  I dont raid much, if at all and I assumed that the cobalt armor would be a good choice for her.  It is all pristine mastercrafted, not sure if that helps at all.  Either way, hope everything gets a bit smoother in the future, and I look forward to your responses.</DIV>

Cobalt was fine before the nerf, cobalt should be fine after the nerf.Just try to upgrade your armor with legendary stuff, either from instances or the broker, and you should be good to go.Crimson Rock Targe and Immovable Barbute are some pretty easily obtainable stuff for you too.<div></div>

Ok, that sounds like a good plan, my only question is why is the avoidance now a large number as apposed to being a percentage?  Is there a equation to break it down to a percentage now?
