Even with 54 WIS more debuff actually didn't raise 1 point of damage.<BR><STRONG>This is clear picture of WIS as stats is pretty much dead except as for power pool stats.</STRONG><BR>WIS as for resist even on player too not important with current itemization.<BR>If player want more resist, no one work for more WIS but just swap equipment for more resist.<BR>This illustrate that player already knows WIS impact on resist is too small to consider about with current itemization with high resist items.<BR></FONT></FONT><FONT face=Arial color=#ffff00><FONT color=#ff9900>WIS as stats need to be revised as for resist (because SK/PAL defensive stance benefit was there but now WIS is totally useless as for resist).<BR></FONT>Until resist raise by WIS as stat revised, this AA is totally dead and worthless. <BR>Probably best to remove this from AA until WIS fixed.<BR>For this, it makes better sense by making this WIS debuff part to pure resist debuff to all magical resist than debuffing WIS.<BR>Could have been better ability but the fact that WIS as stats proved as dead for resist making this spell and AA worthless as dead. (<FONT color=#ffff00>which is good and opens more usability but well not matched with description</FONT>)<BR>2) Targeted member  cannott cancel this buff.<BR>3) Casting "Alternate: Siphon Armament" on Crusader A, then Crusader A cast "Pledge of Armament" on SK result no mitigation gain.<BR>4) After using "Alternate:Siphon Armament" on someone in grp, SK can use Armament (ac transfer from SK to target) on some onther member in grp without any mitigation sacrifice.<BR>     Casting "Alternate: Siphon Armament" on Player A<BR>          Player A lose 525 physical mitigation<BR>          SK gain 350 mitigation<BR>     Casting "Pledge of Armament" on Player B<BR>          Player B gain 361 physica mitigation<BR>          SK does not lose any mitigation. If they flipped the D3 and D5 skills, then I think a lot of Sk would take the siphon STA skill while moving throught the Reaving tree.<div></div>

(1/8 reduction) 1/4 to 1/3 reduction seems to be fair for 5AA use in my opinion.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#ffff00>D8, if this AA scale with current max hp then would be nice reserve tank of hp.
