<P>thats odd, cause i can see the picture when i go to the post, but anyway, despoiling mist is now a encounter mitigation siphon. Ive gpt apprentice 4 up there cause its the only one on the broker on the test server i saw. </P> <P>It takes mitigation from mobs and gives it to you, the more mobs it hits the encounter, the more mitigation you get , or atleast thats what the description looks like.</P> <P> </P> <P>This is an awesome change, and ironically what i suggested in my previous post 8=)</P> <P> </P> <P>Silouette of Kithicor</P>

hmm, interesting, I wonder how useful this will be on pvp,,,,,,,,,,and also, doesnt this make us alot more of an actual TANK, able to raise our mit at will....hmm kinda sounds like a guardian, but im loving it. <div></div>

Just looked up the app4 on test and heres the stats it gives my lvl9 SK: -Decreases all physical mit of encounter by 1155 -Applies despoiling mists, lasts for 1min 12 secs     -increaes mitigation of target vs all physical damaga by 231 In the description it says that the more mobs its on the more mit we will get so not sure if we'll get that 231 from each going off the app4 or how it works.

That would yield some impressive mitigation if it is indeed 200+ off each mob hehe. Would like to cast that in the drake pit in hof and see what it goes up to. i'm sure its limited to 6 or 8 mobs, but still. i look forward to the change. <div></div>

The Despoil changes are only on Test right now, and have not reached Beta yet, so I can't actually try them out <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> .        But it looks good imo.    I wouldn't be suprised if this was added into one of our AAs rather then just given to us though.

<DIV>That sounds great even if it is spiking mit.  This is really fantastic for groups with multiple pulls containing multiple mobs.  Would have been a good addition to the old offensive stance but now that def is changing to int well this is going to be better than anticipated.</DIV>

I tested this on beta and its 336 mit PER affected mob at master lvl..and why would we get Despoil reset?<div></div>

Yea it is awesome...I used this on a huge encounter in beta and self buffed I went to about 7700 mit...and that is with the mitigation nerfs<div></div>

I've gotten to 8800 mitigation with it and siphon armament and the normal priest group mit <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />It cannot be cured off you the noxious is a faded icon meaning it is not curable.Trick for super buffing for a epic pull, duel a conj and have him summon a bunch of pets, cast despoil, /surrender, rejoin raid, pull mob!<div></div>

No no no, this is the sort of thing that should be brought to the community and the devs attention ... so we can find a solution rather than have one handed to us (a nerf).Why not have this buff only work in-combat. Once you are out of combat it drops. Seems like a minorly inconvenient restriction, seems to be in the spirit of the spell and the class, and makes you think a little bit more about how and when you use it.<div></div>

Wouldnt work on pvp server...I am exile and could drop group use it on my raid but then I would be locked in pvp and uninvitable to the raid...If you can do that on pve server should be fixed imo<div></div>
