I just reset my AA to str line (from wisdom) and the Relentless Avenger (attack speed buff) and Idolic Hate (passive hate gain) are not showing up anywhere on my knowledge book.  Are these buffs I have to cast, or are they just there?  If I have to cast them, where are they so I can put them on a hotbar?In the wisdom line at this same level, they were permenant buffs I had to cast.Thanks for the help.<div></div>

Those two are passive abilities and they say so under the ability description. They are always active and you can actually see the effects on your stat bar if you have one pulled up.

how many AA points do you have, I find int the best line due to the 68% crits on spells I get, but that takes 17 aa points to get to that level.<div></div>

In fairness I have to say that I don't have the hate gain AA so this is just how I read it not how I've experienced it.  As Beldin noted it doesn't mention anything about a proc.  It just says it hate is increased by x %.  I believe it is just like a coercer casting their hate buff on you which just means that every action you take generates that % more hate.  If the hate gain % is 5 then a 1000 point taunt actually increases threat by 1050.  I can't really come with any good way to test it as there is no way to track your threat level at any given time that I know of.

Well it wouldn't proc because it doesn't proc. It's a passive ability. It's added percentage wise to your generated hate.
