<DIV>I searched and read several messages about AA's for Shadowknights, but none of them were exactly the information I was looking for. Would any of you care to share the AA choices you have made thus far, why you chose them and whether or not you have regrets and would choose something different? </DIV><p>Message Edited by Ophena on <span class=date_text>09-20-2006</span> <span class=time_text>12:39 PM</span>

We have what? 3 of those recently created.
Max spell crits is the only "must have" AP skill for SKs.

<DIV>My AAs are...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1 starter</DIV> <DIV>STA 8/4/4/8/8(Aura)</DIV> <DIV>WIS 8</DIV> <DIV>AGI 8</DIV> <DIV>STR 1</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The Aura has been a lifesaver more times than I can count, my HP are about as high as I can get them...the WIS adds a little bit to my resists. The AGI ones I feel are not helping me and I plan on re-allocating them. Each AGI point is only giving me +0.2% to my avoidance. My dammage is low for an SK, though I don't experience any notable related aggro problems. My power is lower than I would like as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm concentrating on trying to maximize my ability to take hits and stay alive. I don't care about dammage, but if anyone would like to suggest where the AGI ones would be better put in line with my goal I'd be interested to hear. I have a slight interest in the Fear immunity final..but I'm not willing to give up to much as far as HP so I don't think I would subtract more than a couple from STA maximum, and so not reach the final ability.</DIV>

<DIV>i'm not sitting there right now, but my tree looks something like this</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> 1</DIV> <DIV>40005</DIV> <DIV>8 4</DIV> <DIV>8 8</DIV> <DIV>4</DIV> <DIV>8</DIV> <DIV>Reasons:</DIV> <DIV>Int is pretty much mandatory. You have to have those spell crits because so many of our arts and so much of our damage is in spells. And critical taps for us=critical heals. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>10% recast reduction has been a huge boost to my DPS and utility. Sure, a 13.5 min harmtouch is neato, but how about only having 14 seconds of every minute without the haste from swiftaxe... how about being able to recast nef sacrament before the first pet is even dead? (that kills the first pet, BTW, we don't get 2...), death march is faster, you get to use TV more than once a fight...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>and just think, if I added another 5% reduction (there's a chel drak item, I think, that reduces recast timers) I could almost have perma swiftaxe... Using Ardevaas the render that's pretty nice. It would be even nicer with Dragon bone axe (harla's curse is a lot more painful to mobs than flesh rend), or the chel'drak axe.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now, I just got a sword that I like Better than ardevaas... Rakel'ko... procs a lifetap, has 56 str, but the sword line just isn't that nice compared to losing int or recast reduction.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I know, because I went down that line once. I've gone down every line but agility, and this line I'm on now was my 3rd or 4th 10p respec... I tested the crap out of things before I got on this one </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

the main stat I want to get out of rings is int, hp/power and resists, and I'm at 23 int right now on my off hand ring. A sacrifice of 8 int for 5% recast timers is worth it to me.
